Meet Our Founders
Chris Lindsey
Chris Lindsey is an investor, real estate agent, certified project manager and electrical engineer from Anniston, Alabama. He spent 12 years in electrical engineering before shifting his focus to real estate. He got his start in the industry through investing in rental properties. In 2017, he successfully flipped his first house, which served as the initial inspiration to 100K Homes.
Chris lives in Riverside, Alabama with his wife and two children and attends Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Anniston.
Kelly Amis
Kelly Amis is an investor and licensed homebuilder from Anniston, Alabama. He started investing in real estate as a hobby and soon fell in love with the industry. He decided to pursue real estate as a career path and teamed up with Chris Lindsey to establish 100K Homes.
Kelly has been married for 8 years and has 4 children. He and his family attend Parker Memorial Baptist Church in Dearmanville.
